Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that the HACCP requirements and standards are met at all time throughout the Hotel;
• Monitor all waste by following hotel policies for waste management
• Supervise all Chemicals usage in the Food and Beverage department
• Conduct regular on job training such as manual handling, equipment cleaning and operating (polishing cutlery machine) etc.,
• Conduct HACCP audit and implement the necessary corrective actions when required.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury setting;
• Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Strong administration & organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail; and
• Drive and energy & able to work under pressure.
