Hygiene Manager

The Hygiene Manager’s role within our Resorts plays a significant role in ensuring the progress of the Food Safety Management System in the hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow associates
• To ensure all the team members are competent and trained.
• To be responsible for coordination with third party auditors for Food Safety Management System.
• To be responsible for conducting regular inspection of all food preparation, handling and serving areas.
• To Prepare the monthly Hygiene & Safety report is also one of the Hygiene Manager’s responsibility

Your experience and skills include:

• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Great understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow heartists as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or any related field
• HACCP Certificate Holder
• Previous related experience in the field
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Experience of budget management and reporting
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Procedures
