PURPOSE:
The Hygiene and Security Manager contributes to the development and execution of the safety and hygiene policy in Club Med. The manager aims in preventing risks, securing and protecting the people and goods according to local legislations as well as hygiene and security regulations.
This position involves working with external institutional actors, mainly the authorities and local security forces (justice, police).The activity can be subject to constraints (weekends, nights and public holidays). The Hygiene and Security manager reports to CEO APAC resorts : he manages a team of 2 persons (Hygiene and Food and Safety expert, Lifeguard Guard Trainer & Sports Security Supervisor).

MISSIONS:
- Hygiene & Security Organisation
- Ensure the monitoring of global risks (political, social, environmental) that could affect the people and goods in the village - Identify and evaluate the villages need for protection - Initiate, lead and take part to crisis unit with the transversal teams concerned (Legal, Insurance, HR, Marketing/Communication, Product) and also with the Fosun Tourism teams in China - Ensure the follow-up of the hygiene and security audits in the villages (progress, results) - Ensure the follow-up of regulatory controls and security/prevention displays in the villages in compliance with the legislation in each country - Create a specification and take part in the selection of the service providers linked to security
- Hygiene & Security risks prevention
- Periodic follow-up and analysis of accidents in APAC villages (monthly accidents/incidents) et execute appropriate action plans
- Prevent risks by organizing and creating prevention plans and crisis exercises (fire, tsunami, seism, volcanic eruption…) at APAC level
- Take part in the planning of village team trainings (CDV, RDS)
- Develop awareness and training programs with Corporate (Security, Hygiene and Health Direction) and Fosun Tourism
H&S follow-up in link with the transversal support services
- Collaborate with the Product team and experts on H&S matters that impact the services to clients
- Take care of the auto-control datasheet follow-up
- Deploy tools in the villages by improving the teams and clients perception regarding hygiene and security
- Prepare modules and take part in UDT training to improve the H&S knowledge of the villages teams
Actively take part (before, during, after) of the possible village openings regarding the hygiene and security needs
