Hygienist

As the Hygienist you are to ensure that the services the Hotel provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. You are also responsible for coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards.

In addition, you also monitor and advise on the performance of quality management system and quality Assurance system and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators as well as ensure these systems function properly.

What you will be doing:

• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the hotel.
• Set quality assurance compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.
• Assess product specifications of the hotel and its suppliers and work with purchasing department to establish quality requirements from suppliers.
• Comply with National and International standards and legislation.
• Agree on standards and establish clearly defined methods for staff to apply.

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent technical, planning and organizational skills.
• Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics.
• Good Problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in same or similar position.
