Job Description

As a Hyperscale Fleet Architect, you will be responsible for researching and recommending specific systems, applications, data, or process designs for very large or complex cloud infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with hyperscale Cloud service providers as well as strategic cloud customers on the telemetry, RAS and solutions development at Datacenter fleet level, addressing the power, rack density and total cost ownership challenges. In instances where the solution does not exist, you will invent a unique solution. You will design, develop, and analyze overall architecture to determine that hardware, software and data architecture solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Additionally, you will also lead on architectural governance, decisions related to projects, and participate as part of a cross functional architecture decision group both collaboratively within Intel and as an externally regarded leader in the space. You will work with customers to integrate the solution deployment into their datacenter fleet and scale the solutions to rest of the Cloud Service Providers.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate should possess a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of applicable industrial experience, or Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of applicable industrial experience.
5+ years of experience with power management and silicon/system level debug
5+ years of experience collaborating with cloud service providers as well as strategic cloud customers


Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience and knowledge on the power and total cost ownership optimization at Server, Rack and Datacenter Fleet.
5+ years of experience with ITP and Cscript development
5+ years of experience with PythonSV and/or programming with Python.
Experience related to CPU flows
Experience at model-based problem solving that enable the effective investigation and narrow-down of complex issues.
Experience in Cloud Native software and Cloud operations models

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$238,700.00-$381,660.00
