Job Description

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in hardware and software setup, installation, upgrades and maintenance
  • Perform routine system checks on servers, networks, firewalls and backups
  • Work with suppliers and support teams to resolve system and network issue
  • Responsible for daily system operations and network maintenance
  • First level troubleshooting for PC, printing, networking, application access issues, etc.
  • Workflow document preparation
  • Other ad hoc tasks required by supervisors

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Advanced Diploma holders in information technology or related disciplines or above
  • MCSE holders preferred, CCNA is desirable
  • At least 1 year of experience with Windows Server Management Support and End User Support
  • Understanding of the VM environment and SQL Server is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Can work independently
  • Occasionally travel to PRC is required
