A medium size logistics company in Kowloon is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill following positions:

5 Days, Double Pay, Performance Bonus, Medical Scheme, 14 Days Annual Leave 

Job Duties:

- Provide technical support of daily desktop support, network operation and problem resolution
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking technologies
- Assist in various IT related projects
- Responsible for ad hoc request by the end user 

Requirement

- HKDSE or above
- 1 year relevant experiences in IT Support or system administration and networking is preferred
- Knowledge in general software installation a MUST
- Experience in PC and LAN installation
- Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduate are welcome
