Support for the expansion of the BTS infrastructure at Ludwigshafen site Responsible for coordination and deployment of external service providers for AbbVie Ludwigshafen site including all necessary trainings and knowledge Maintain close contact with their local and global contacts in English to introduce new features, updates, etc. in a localized manner Proactive management of assets, including hardware, software, telepresence systems, copiers, and printers. Able to analyze and monitor the deployed hardware and software using tools provided by AbbVie Partner with IT Security and ensure that all the systems in question receive the necessary security policies (security patching) Supervise and support infrastructure projects at Ludwigshafen site Responsible for driving a culture of self-service and use of global workflows to drive further efficiencies across the site.
