The IAM Test Manager will lead a team of Testers as part of the AIA Group Information Security team to support delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and system implementations. They must be a deep technical testing expert who has worked in a top tier global organization. To succeed they must also have excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Act as prime technical responsible in managing validation and testing of complex enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions spanning across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (Authentication, Authorization, MFA & SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Ensures business, functional, and non-functional requirements are fully tested aligning with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Define test strategy and planning for each IAM projects, BAU and application onboarding
• Review business requirements and provide input to ensure traceability and business requirements are met
• Design and write test plan and test cases
• Lead the testing team to execute test cases
• Leverage automated testing tools for test planning, test case execution and issue/defect tracking
• Ensures creation of test data to support test case execution
• Perform end user training
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Report defects back to project team or system support team
• Reporting on testing progress to Project Team and Stakeholders
• Obtaining sign-off on the testing phase

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline
• 7+ years of Application QA\UAT Testing experience
• 3+ years of IAM experience is preferred
• In depth experience in testing tools and process to drive unit testing, functional and non-functional testing, automation testing, bug tracking, test case management, performance testing, smoke testing, regression testing
• Experience with IAM solutions, SaaS/ Cloud services, commercial off the shelf (COTS) products: SailPoint IIQ, OKTA, CyberArk
• Experience with testing tools: JIRA, XRAY Plug-in, Selenium (BDD framework)
• Experience in estimating and planning testing work effort
• Excellent team working and collaborative skills
• Good presentation skills – ability to present effectively to technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels including senior and Executive level
• Be adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
• Occasional travel is required
