Academic Background in Science: A master's degree ispreferred; a bachelor's degree is the minimumrequirement. Majors in physics, chemistry, or biologyare acceptable, with chemistry as the preferred field.

TeachingQualifications:
-Native English speakers are preferred, andrequirements for teaching qualifications may beappropriately relaxed for them.
-For non-native speakers, holding a national teachingqualification is required, and nationality restrictions may be appropriately relaxed in such cases.
Teaching Competence: Ability to teach middle schoolcombined science courses, with proficiency in at leasttwo of the following subjects: chemistry, biology, or physics

Job responsibility
l. Teaching lmplementation and Curriculum Design Conduct full-English instruction for lB MYP combinecscience courses, covering at least two disciplines among physics, chemistry, and biology.
Design teaching units in strict accordance with the lB curriculum framework,which emphasizes concept-driven learning inguiry-based teaching methods, and the cultivation ofApproaches to Learning (ATL) skills.
Develop inquiry-based courses that meet thestandards of the MYP subject group. Integrate real-world phenomena to create interdisciplinary learningtasks, aiming to deepen students' understanding ofscientific concepts.
-Take the lead in experimental teaching and scientificinguiry activities. Standardize laboratory safety operation procedures and guide students in completing experimental reports, data analysis, and conclusiondeduction.

ll. Student Assessment and Personalized Guidance
-Monitor students' progress through formative andsummative assessments, and provide feedback andimprovement suggestions that conform to the gradingcriteria
-Offer stratified tutoring according to studentslearning needs. Support English Language Learners inunderstanding subject-specific terminology, and guidethe topic selection and implementation of science related projects in MYP

-Stimulate students' interest in science, andrecommend and guide them to participate ininternational science competitions, scientific researchsummer camps, and other enrichment activities.l. Collaboration, Communication, and AcademicManagement
-Collaborate with Chinese and foreign teaching teamsin lesson preparation. Share cutting-edge concepts ininternational education and jointly develop the MYPscience subject group resource library.
-Participate in lB teacher training sessions andsubject group meetings. Interpret the updatedrequirements of the MYP syllabus and provideimprovement suggestions based on teaching practice
-Regularly communicate with subject heads,homeroom teachers, and parents about studentslearning progress.
