-Fields of Expertise: Kindergarten
-Start Date: August, 2022
-Currently, only teachers in China will be interviewed
-Salary: 18,000 – 21,000 CNY after tax (Depending on qualifications)
-Contract length: 1 year
-Working days: 5 day work week from Monday-Friday.
-Working Hours: 8:00-5:30 (90 minutes for lunch)
-Teaching Hours: Vary based on student age. Roughly 5-8 lesson hours
per week.
-Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner available on working days.
-Student Age: 3-6 years old
-Class Length: 40 minutes per class (1-2 lessons per day)
-Current number of Foreign Teachers: 15
-Accommodation: Housing Allowance of 1,000 CNY
-Flight: Return or One way ticket to home country after contract
completion.
-Vacation time: National Holidays. Roughly 3 weeks off for Chinese New
Year with full pay. 2 months off unpaid in the summer with an option to work summer camp.
-Yearly contract completion bonus equal to one month’s salary
-Training: PYP training is provided
-Visa: Z Visa provided and cost reimbursed by the school if the teacher has
all necessary paperwork and native English speaker assistance with
process
-Paperwork Required for work visa: Notarized copy of Bachelor’s degree
with authentication from local Chinese consulate. Clean criminal record
check with authentication from local Chinese consulate.
-You must meet 1 of the following 2 requirements to receive a z-visa in
an Yiwu kindergarten.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education or PGCE
2. Any 4 year degree with 2 years Kindergarten teaching experience (must have a reference from previous employer(s))
