Position: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Intake Date: August 26, 2026
Campus Location: Shenzhen
Work Schedule
Weekly teaching hours: 15–20 hours
Total weekly working hours: 35 hours (including teaching, planning, and parent communication)
Daily hours: 07:50 – 12:00, 14:30 – 17:00
Working days: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Student & Class Profile
Student age groups:
PN: 2–3 years old
K1: 3–4 years old
K3: 5–6 years old
Class size: Approximately 10–15 students (small-class, high-attention teaching model)
Salary & Compensation
Net monthly salary: 20,000 – 24,000 RMB
(before tax, including housing allowance; adjusted based on qualifications and experience)

Job Requirements
Native English speaker from English‑speaking countries
Hold a valid TEFL / TESOL certificate
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 1 year of kindergarten homeroom teaching experience is essential

Familiarity with IB PYP or international early years curriculum is a strong plus
