Position: IB MYP Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct subject teaching tasks assigned by the school;
2. Be responsible for the construction and management of the junior high division teaching team, stimulate the enthusiasm of the teaching team for work, and ensure teaching quality;
3. Successfully organize and complete the official inspection of IBO;
4. Ensure that the teaching plan is specified in line with the teaching philosophy of IB MYP, and the teaching can be smoothly implemented;
5. Be responsible for organizing the teaching department to regularly carry out teaching and
research activities and provide plans for the development of new courses;
6. Be responsible for the establishment and management of the training system for local and expat teachers;
7. Supervise the teaching quality of teachers and be responsible for the assessment and evaluation of programme quality.
8. In accordance with the educational development plans of the group and the school, actively
participate in the optimization of teaching plans, curriculum research and development, teaching
and research activities, etc.;
9. Cooperate with the campus to carry out management work such as teaching administrative
affairs, student discipline, and accident prevention;
10. Maintain close communication and collaboration with other departments of the school, participate in such as recruitment and enrollment activities, to jointly promote the overall
development of the school;
11. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors.

Location:Guangzhou

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education or related subject preferred);
2. With QTS/ PGCE//TEFL/national teaching certification;
3. At least 6 years of teaching experience and and 3 years of IB Coordinator or management
experience.

Salary and Benefits:
