Job Description
Our large international school in is looking for an IB coordinator /manager for our IB/ MYP program, it's a managerial's post and the contract lasts 2-5 years length .
Duties:

1. Communicate with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO);
2. Assist the Vice Principal in developing the overall MYP curriculum and academic development plan for the school, and assist in developing MYP teaching plans for each semester and academic year;
3. Supervise and manage the school's daily MYP instruction,
monitor and evaluate the teacher's class management, ensure proper deployment of teaching resources, and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and normal academic order;
4. Assist the Vice Principal in developing the MYP teaching staff construction, conduct teacher performance evaluations, and facilitate communication between the school and the teachers;
5. Be responsible for establishing and updating the teaching and grading database, and developing, standardizing, and archiving relevant teaching management documents.

Applicants should be:
A native English speaker, and come from western country such as American, Canadian, British, and Singapore.
University degree holder plus 2-3 years of IB/PYP teaching experience.
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate is a MUST.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced coordinator, successful teacher who is familiar with the IB /MYP Program.

Salary package:
1. Basic salary: 35000 to 50000Rmb per month
2. Bonus: 50000RMB+
3. Air ticket: 10000RMB per year.
4. Housing allowance: up to 3800RMB or dorm on campus 5. Insurance: medical and accident insurance provided.

Position Requirements:
1. From English-speaking countries.
2. IB certificates holder.
3. At least 2 years MYP teaching experience and 2 years MYP managing experience.
4. Authenticated bachelor degree or above in education or related .
5. Health check report.
Job description:
1. Keep the leadership regularly informed of MYP developments.
2. Maintain efficient and effective communication between school and IBO.
3. Provide curriculum -related workshops for teachers and parents.
4. Support and mentor new MYP teachers in the classroom.
5. Lead the environment design for MYP department to maintain an IB atmosphere.

6. Ensure curriculum documentation is up-to-date.
7.Report to school board on an annual basis regarding SSFLS MYP development.
8. Get MYP professional development opportunities for staff.
9. Be responsible for the new MYP students admission.
10. Lead MYP authorization.
