Location: Pudong District, Shanghai

Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for overall implementation and coordination of the IB PYP in the school, ensuring alignment with IB standards.
2. Lead the development, review, and refinement of the Programme of Inquiry and curriculum documentation.
3. Oversee and support teaching quality, classroom practice, and assessment policies across the PYP section.
4. Provide curriculum leadership and guidance for PYP teachers, including observation, feedback, and demonstration lessons.
5. Ensure effective communication with IBO, IB schools, parents, and the wider community to promote understanding of the PYP.
6. Organize PYP-related parent sessions, student-led conferences, and other learning community activities.
7. Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities, including in-house training and IB-approved workshops.
8. Manage PYP resources and establish systems for efficient collaboration across grade levels and departments.
9. Collaborate with the Head of Primary to evaluate and support the academic growth and professional development of teachers.
10. Coordinate with other IB programme coordinators (Early Years/MYP/DP/CP) to ensure programme continuity and vertical alignment.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above (Education related majors preferred);
2.A minimum 5 years of previous teaching experience in bilingual/international schools;
3.A minimum 2 years of previous management experience in bilingual/international schools;
4.PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent teaching certifications required;
5.Active IBEN member;
6. English Native Speaker
Salary and Benefits
1.Salary range 30,000 to 45,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package;
