Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct subject teaching tasks assigned by the school.
2. Responsible for the implementation and development of the PYP project. 3. Overall supervision of the Department's teaching work, overall design and optimization of the Department's curriculum system.
4. Committed to research and development of the Department's curriculum characteristics to ensure the quality of the curriculum.
5. Study the latest IB IB publications and ensure that the teaching work of the Department complies with the requirements of IB documents (e.g. email, IB documents, IB Standards and implementation requirements, IB procedures and Statements).
6. To ensure that all staff are aware of and up-to-date with all school decisions and publications related to the IBO.
7. Sort out the management documents to promote the implementation and development of the project, and clarify the teaching system.
8. Implement teaching routine management to ensure the orderly operation of teaching.
9. Revise POI curriculum maps and other related project implementation documents regularly by departmental rules and regulations.
10. Make a good plan for the cooperative lesson preparation of the subject group and grade group, and participate in it and give sufficient support.
11. Do an excellent job of teaching and discussing in the Department to ensure the effective implementation of integrated courses and the achievement of the expected goals.
12. Participate in the development of the school's strategic development plan.
13. Ensure that teaching staff are aware of professional development opportunities, comprehensively
14. plan the professional development of the teaching team, plan and arrange various types of training and learning at all levels to help teachers improve their professional quality.
15. To build Bridges and promote links between the Division and IB world schools in and outside the region, learn from each other and share resources.
16. Plan to promote the primary school learning achievement exhibition, and give relevant grades sufficient support and guidance.
17. Work with department leaders to provide appropriate resources for project implementation and development.
18. It is planned to train grass-roots teaching management personnel to ensure curriculum implementation and high-quality teaching development. 19. Effectively promote the construction of learner community, and do an excellent job in the concept training and communication of parents and relevant personnel.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education or related subject preferred);
2. With QTS/ PGCE//TEFL/national teaching certification;
3. At least 6 years of teaching experience and and 3 years of IB Coordinator or management
experience.

Salary and Benefits:
 Monthly salary RMB 30000 to 40000 before tax;
 Annual flight allowance up to RMB 10000;
 Relocation allowance up to RMB 2000;
