1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;
2.Student Level: Primary School Students;

Job Description

1.Making sure the teaching within school are proceeded with departmental mission statement, and exploring spirits;
2.Fully responsible for day-to-day teaching work, responsible for inspection, analysis and feedback of teaching results;
3.Making sure all procedures are being adhered to and deadlines are met;
4.Chairing Subject leaders meetings;
5.Responsible for checking unit assessments of all subject groups;
6.In charge of evaluations of all key performances of teachers, including teaching, planning, classroom management and assessments, etc.;
7.Being aware of the need of professional developments of teachers in certain program, hold PD trainings regularly;
8.Passing and communicating the philosophy of certain program in the forms of workshops, emails, and appointments, including the curriculum trainings toward parents and students;

Requirements

1.Master's degree or above;
2.Degree in Education or holding a Teaching Credential;
3.Minimum two years teaching experience in HK or Macao preferred (with references);
4.Have IB certificate; PYP management experience is preferred;
5.Great passion on international education;
6.Practical Teaching and Research abilities;
7.Clear criminal background check;
8.Open-minded and Excellent communication skills;

Salary & Benefits

1.Base salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 4,000 RMB before tax per month;

5.Flight reimbursement 10,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
6.Contract renewal bonus: one month salary;
