SH: Baoshan//ASAP, 2023 // IB PYP Homeroom Kindergarten Teacher Needed ASAP in Baoshan district, Shanghai
 
Starting Date: ASAP, 2023；
 
Location: About 2 kilometers away from Gucun park station of line 7 (About 1 hour away from Jing'an temple);

Details:
1. Provide IB English lessons to kids aged 3-6 years old;
2. Maximum 25 kids per class with 2 local teachers and 1 nursery governess;
3. Lesson plans required;
4. Feedback of individual student performance required;
5. Full time 5 days a week: 8:00am-4:30pm from Monday to Friday;
6. Participate in teaching training;
7. Plan and organize activities (English festival, IB activities,Christmas party, Annual dinner etc.);

Compensation:
1. Base monthly salary: up to 30k RMB/month after tax or more depending on your teaching experience and academic background;  
2. Public holidays and 5 week's paid holidays (2 weeks'winter holiday, 2 weeks' summer holiday, 1 week Christmas holiday );
3. Air reimbursement after one-year contract: 8000RMB;

Qualifications:
1.  Native English Speakers;
2.  Bachelor degree or Above;
3.  Authenticated 120-Hour TESOL/TEFL certificate;
4.  Education Major preferred;
5.  Minimum 2 years of kids teaching experience;
6.  Authenticated recent 6 months' Non-criminal record;
7.  Being passionate with education and love children;
 
The school also has club classes from 4:30pm-5:30pm on the weekdays. They pay 300 RMb/Hour for the club classes. So you could choose which days you would like to teach. If you teach 2 extras hours per week, then you will get 2400 rmb/month more. You could get more if you teach more.
