Basic Info
1. Working hours: 7:50pm-5:30pm from Monday to Friday;
2. Student Age: 2 to 6 years old;
3. Contract length: 1 year or longer

Job Description

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required;
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. At least 2 years' kindergarten or training school teaching experience prefer IB PYP teaching experience;

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 22,000 to 24,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Single apartment or Housing allowance: RMB 2000 /month provided;
