Position:IB PYP Kindergarten Teacher
Start date: August,2025
Location: Guangzhou City.
Working hours: 7:50pm-5:30pm from Monday to Friday;

Responsibilities:
—making sure the teaching within our kg are proceeded with departmental mission statement, and exploring spirits.
—fully responsible for day-to-day teaching work, responsible for inspection, analysis and feedback of teaching results.
—making sure all procedures are being adhered to and deadlines are met.
—chairing Subject leaders meetings.
—responsible for checking unit assessments of all subject groups.
—In charge of evaluations of all key performances of teachers, including teaching, planning, classroom management and assessments, etc.
—being aware of the need of professional developments of teachers in certain program, hold PD trainings regularly.
—passing and communicating the philosophy of certain program in the forms of workshops, emails, and appointments, including the curriculum trainings toward parents and students.

Requirements:
▪ English Native Speaker, Master degree with Teaching Credential
▪ Have IB certificate; PYP management experience is preferred
▪ Great passion on international education
▪ Pratical Teaching and Research abilities.
▪ Open-minded and Excellent communication skills
