We are seeking a dedicated, culturally responsive, and highly qualified IB PYP English Homeroom/ MYP English Language Acquisition (ELA) teacher and English Language and Literature (ELL) .

Position: PYP/ MYP English Homeroom Teacher (IB Curriculum)
Start Date: March 2026
Location: Guangzhou

Monthly salary RMB 25000 to 35000 before tax;

Job Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning:
The full-time teaching load for this role is a maximum of 24 teaching periods per week.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for PYP or MYP English Language
Acquisition classes across multiple phases, catering to a range of proficiency levels.
Implement a balanced approach to language teaching, integrating listening, speaking, reading,
writing, viewing and presenting skills into meaningful units of inquiry.
Utilize a wide range of strategies (e.g., scaffolding, multi modal tools, realia) to make language
input comprehensible and support EAL learners in accessing the curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and risk-taking classroom environment where students feel confident
to practice and use the language.
Create a classroom environment that celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity.
Encourage students to use English as a tool for international communication and to share
their own cultural perspectives.

Requirements:
1. Native，Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education or related subject preferred);
2. With QTS/ PGCE//TEFL/national teaching certification;
3. At least 3 years of teaching experience in related fields;
4. IB/international school teaching experience preferred;
