Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of the School’s academic system and DP curriculum.
• Provided leadership of DP teaching faculty
• Provide academic training to teachers.
• Aided in executive facilitation with hiring, operations, management oversight, budget oversight, strategic plan objectives, and supported as one of the educational lead executive team administrators
• Implement and monitor academic budgets in assigned areas of responsibility, as well as budget reviews, and analyzing financial reports, monitoring, authorization, and disbursement of line-item budget funds.
• Develop school’s curriculum
• Promote excellence, equality and high expectations for all members of the school community
• Management within the educational community in the areas of the classroom and educational peer counseling comprised of IBDP academic/counseling/student life programs.
• Provided college admissions counseling services to high school students.
• Working effectively with the school Senior Leadership Team

The Successful Applicant:

• This position needs expats
• University Degree or above
• 8+ years of experiences of IB DP academic experience.
• Awareness of current educational issues and up to date curriculum developments
• Application of effective teaching and learning strategies that achieve high levels of teaching and pupil achievement
• Awareness of international education methodology and philosophy
• Experience of exploration on international education
• Developing and implementing a school quality improvement programme, including demonstration of raising students’ level of achievement; alongside School self-evaluation
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of different audiences
