Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative IBDP Business & Economics Teacher to join our high school faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering rigorous and engaging instruction in both Business Management and Economics, fostering critical thinking, and inspiring students to excel in a global context. This role requires a deep understanding of the IBDP curriculum and a commitment to nurturing students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction in IBDP Business Management and Economics, ensuring alignment with program standards and learning outcomes.

Design and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and projects that promote real-world application and analytical skills.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support growth.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the school’s academic initiatives.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with IB practices and educational trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field.

Valid teaching certification/license.

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in IBDP Business Management and Economics.

Strong knowledge of IBDP curriculum, assessment criteria, and inquiry-based pedagogy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.

Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous but not required.
