K12 School IBDP Business Management Teacher Needed ASP in Pudong, Shanghai
**Position Title:**
1.IBDP Business Management Teacher
****Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with an overseas academic background in Business are preferred.
Demonstrated experience teaching the full IBDP Business Management curriculum at the secondary level, with the ability to independently deliver both SL and HL courses.
Proven experience supervising Business Management Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE) throughout the entire research and writing process.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to teach entirely in English and independently prepare lesson plans, assessment reports, and other teaching-related documentation.
✅Maintain and continuously update business case libraries, teaching resources, and past IB examination materials.
Collaborate with Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and other subject areas to promote interdisciplinary learning.
Organise and support business competitions, company visits, business simulations, entrepreneurship programmes, and other subject enrichment activities.
✅Student Support and Parent Communication
Serve as a student mentor, providing academic guidance, study planning, wellbeing support, and pastoral care.
Work closely with homeroom teachers and parents to communicate students' academic progress, examination performance, and the progress of their IA and EE.
✅Maintain high professional and ethical standards while fostering a respectful, supportive, and positive learning environment with appropriate professional boundaries.
✅Professional and Administrative Responsibilities
Undertake routine school responsibilities, including examination invigilation, admissions interviews, Open Days, school events, and other administrative duties as assigned.
