Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and experienced IBDP Business Management teachers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business education, a deep understanding of the IBDP curriculum, and the ability to inspire students through engaging and innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality instruction in IBDP Business Management, ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse student body.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and student participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and interdisciplinary learning.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and departmental meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in IBDP Business Management or a similar curriculum.
• Strong understanding of IBDP philosophy, assessment criteria, and curriculum framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to an international and multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience teaching in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with educational technology and innovative teaching tools.
• Proficiency in English
