IBDP Economics Teacher
Pure Foreign Nationals Children School; Chongqing
Start Date: August 2026 (Fall 2026)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate IBDP Economics teacher to join our secondary team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and rigorous economics instruction across IB Diploma Programme levels, fostering critical thinking and global perspectives in a multicultural, English-medium environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and teach IBDP Economics (SL and HL) in line with IB standards and practices
Assess, monitor, and report student progress in alignment with school and IB requirements
Support the IB Core components (TOK, CAS, EE) as appropriate
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental collaboration
Engage in parent-teacher conferences, professional development, and school-wide events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state teaching license)
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in IBDP Economics
Commitment to the values of a pure foreign nationals children school and holistic education
