Job Title: IBDP English Teacher
Start Date: Fall 2026 Semester
Location: Bilingual School, Changshu, Jiangsu

You are more than an English teacher; you are a mentor and intellectual guide. You have a passion for the IB Diploma Programme and the ability to challenge students with complex literary texts and theories. What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality instruction for IBDP English A: Language and Literature or Literature courses.

Guide students through the IB curriculum, including Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, etc.

Foster an inquiry-based classroom that encourages international-mindedness and academic rigor.

What You Bring:

Native English proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, or a related field.

A valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, state license) preferred.

Prior experience teaching IBDP English at the high school level irequired.

Deep understanding of IB philosophy, assessment principles, and curriculum standards.
