IBDP English
Onboard time: Feb 2026
Location: Shanghai
Reports to: Department Leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Minimum 3 years of full-time working experience in schools. Need 3 years IBDP English teaching experience
- certification and/or a master education are strongly preferred.
Native speakers only
Salary package:
- Salary: 25-35k

-To work in accordance with the school Mission Statement.
- To maintain and develop professional standards as outlined in School policies.
- To actively promote openness, professional growth, teamwork and initiatives at the school.
- In word, demeanor and performance, to model the Learner Profile we wish to see developed in our students.
- Developing curriculum, unit planners and related learning materials to meet the standards;
- Delivering differentiated lessons to students of varying abilities through multiple teaching and learning strategies, including approaches to learning & teaching, international mindedness, and learning in local and global context
