Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IBDP Physics Teacher to join our international school in Nanjing. The successful candidate will teach Physics within the IB Diploma Programme, inspiring students to explore scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and real-world applications of physics.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Physics at IB Diploma Programme (SL and HL) level.

Design and deliver engaging lessons in line with IB standards and assessment criteria.

Prepare students for internal and external assessments, ensuring high academic achievement.

Supervise Extended Essays and Internal Assessments in Physics.

Provide academic support, feedback, and guidance to students.

Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental collaboration, and whole-school initiatives.

Engage in extracurricular science activities, clubs, and competitions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Physics, Engineering, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

At least 2 years of IB or equivalent international curriculum teaching experience.

Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and assessment framework.

Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
