• Responsible for setting up the IBM Greater China Group Training Academy and oversees the day-to-day education business, delivery and operation matters.
• To lead and work closely with internal field sales, marketing and product team in identifying training opportunities and devising a winning strategy.
• Define the vision needed to accelerate the adoption of IBM System and Software skills for the channel community.
• Organize sales and technical enablement for channel partners and supporting the Train-The-Trainer events to increase the number of IBM enabled and approved instructors in Greater China.
• Maintaining the client Satisfaction Quality Metrics

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in education in IT or IT industry
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
• Strong technical background and familiar with IBM products and technology
• Understanding of Pathway and Channel Management, preferably within the IT Industry
• Ability to perform with little supervision and possess good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required
