Xi'an IB kindergarten homeroom needs native teacher
Please note this is *Homeroom (not just ESL )

international Chinese kindergarten dedicated to the IB PYP Early Years program, supporting the development of the children through inquiry and play. We also provide a wide range of English storybooks and curriculum frameworks to support teachers in achieving this goal. Additionally, we organize teaching research and training activities to support the development of all the teachers.

position: Homeroom teacher*1

Start date: July , 2023.

Visa: Working visa only

Student age:2-6 years old

Job description:

1. The working hours are now 7:30-16:30 with a 1 hour break for lunch (early arrival is to meet the children at 8am)

2. The main difference with teaching and training is that you are leading a class, not substitute teaching

3. Do you mind if the childcare class is for 2-4 year olds?

4. need to do home school communication on the app

5. Need to work with the Chinese Lead Teacher to lead the class

6. Equal to Chinese people No privileges

Requirements:

* Native with clear accent (UK\USA\Canada\New zealand\ Australia\Ireland preferred)

*over 2 years of kindergarten Homeroom experience and IB PYP experience preferred.

* Qualified Teaching Status from home country + ESL Teaching and Learning

*understand the role and responsibility of kindergarten homeroom teacher

*love, caring and patient & enjoy working with children

* Current and previous school references contact required
