Job description
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
• Maintain professional conduct and serve as a positive role model for students.
• Prepare and submit teaching plans and summaries on time.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, departmental meetings, and training sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to school development.
• Complete teaching tasks and achieve semester goals as required.

Qualifications & requirements
• Native English speaker eligible for a Chinese work visa.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or at least 2–3 years of teaching experience.
• IB PYP training certificate or prior experience in IB PYP teaching preferred.
• Passionate about education, respectful of Chinese culture, and supportive of school values.
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Previous experience in international or bilingual schools preferred.
