Job Responsibilities
- Develop optimal micro-architecture based on power, performance, and area tradeoffs
- Analyze signal processing architecture tradeoffs using Matlab modelling
- Verilog HDL based digital design: verification, synthesis, simulation and static timing analysis
- Participate in module architecture and specification
- Design for test including scan insertion, test pattern generation, and fault grading
- Work with DV team, review test-plans for DV signoff
- Work with P&R teams for timing signoff
Position Requirements
- BSEE or MSEE with 3+ years digital design experience
- Digital logic design and hands-on RTL coding experience
- Experience with developing timing constraints and running state-of-the-art synthesis and static timing analysis tools
- Good Knowledge in DSP fundamentals
- Experience with writing scripts in Perl or Python is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically
