The person will be responsible for managing & developing 100 plus accounts . This will be done through digital sales, marketing activities and outbound calling. This is a Home Office role. Your main duties : 'Proactively Build & Develop relationship with named Industrial Control and Automation (IC&A) accounts to understand decision making process, opportunities to target, training needs and all other aspects of account management. Lead and or deliver training and development of named accounts - with support from Field Product Marketing (PFM), Business units etc.. Launch New Product Introductions (NPI) into named accounts and undertake sales action from the MPI plan Communicate offer updates, EOL (End of Life) plans and execute actions Build a weekly / monthly activity plan to priorities actions on the right activity with the right customers, review and document progress utilising CRM Drive sales growth through named IC&A account to exceed quarterly targets and grow market share Support IC&A accounts with company updates and changes as applicable Drive IC&A promo and campaigns within you area to maximise sales 75% of role to be proactive sales outbound activities and 25% reactive and administration activities (Customer Service) Qualifications What we are looking for: Sales Experience in remote selling/telemarketing/telesales/outbound calling. Education in Industrial Control and Automation (optional). 2-3 Year of Internal sales experience. Knowledge of Electrical Wholesale and/or Industrial Control customers is preferable Knowledge of Industrial Control and Automation products will be advantageous.
