The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic candidate for the role of ICT Technician to provide day to day technical support for King George V School.

• Provides technical support to all laptop programmes
• Performs help desk duties to respond enquires from computer users
• Supports all other school based IT resources such as servers, wireless network and printers
• Maintains the asset registry for IT equipment
• Documentation works related IT service
• Other assigned IT related works

Requirements

• Higher diploma or computer related certificate
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of general Microsoft, Adobe applications and networking
• Experience in Windows server/client (AD, GPO, Exchange, IIS, sysprep)
• Experience in Linux server and system backup application is an advantage
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skill
• An IT solution provider and a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people in teaching profession and students.

Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
