RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 主要职责

§ Responsible for the overall image design and creative work of Wechat, Weibo and other online platforms.

§ Cooperate with the visual design required by the brand, and assist in the design of activity posters, new product banners, H5 and other pages.

§ Control the brand’s visual image creativity, and cooperate with various theme activities, responsible for visual creative performance.

§ Communicate with other departments of the company, put forward reasonable suggestions and efficiently complete the project design.

§ Be able to make reasonable visual expression scheme according to copywriting and creativity, and give reasonable expression form according to product selling point.

§ 负责微信，微博等线上平台美术设计和创意工作的整体形象设计

§ 配合品牌所需要的视觉设计，协助完成活动海报，新品Banner，H5等页面设计

§ 把控品牌方的视觉形象创意，并且配合各种主题活动，负责视觉创意表现

§ 对接公司其他部门需求，提出合理化的建议，高效完成项目的设计工作

§ 能够根据文案和创意制定合理的视觉表达方案，并根据产品卖点给出合理的表现形式

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

§ Ethics & Integrity, take responsibility, positive & optimistic, Creative flare, originality and strong visual sense

§ Develop a deep understanding of the brand and offer impactful solutions throughout the creative process.

§ Lead all project graphic design from concept creation to execution and retouching

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design is preferred

§ 3+ years graphic design experience, or experience working with e-commerce and social media

§ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, H5 etc. software, and video editing

§ English Capability is preferred

§ 理解品牌，并在整个创意过程中提供有效的解决方案

§ 熟悉所有的项目图形设计，从概念创建到执行和修整

§ 美术设计、平面设计等相关艺术设计专业优先

§ 至少3年以上设计经验、电商及新媒体行业平面设计工作经验

§ 精通Photoshop、illustrator、H5等设计软件，基础小视频编辑工具

§ 英语能力为加分项
