会计助理 (第三方合同)Accounting Assistant (Temp)
Key working task
Daily Operations:
1. Cash management for employee monthly reimbursements;
2. New staff orientation on company T&E policies, help desk function on any related queries;
3. Review the accuracy of PO expenses posting, and process non-PO expenses requests according to policy;
4. Responsible for financial documents’ recording, binding and filing.
5. Vendor master data management;
6. Work out the payment through online bank system.
Tasks for Month End Closing:
1.Assist in closing the account at the end of month and complete monthly tasks
2. Cash statement and bank statement management.
3. Take in charge of intercompany reconciliation during closing time.
Others:
1. Support on finance system launch if needed
2. Other Ad hot tasks
Main Responsibilities:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years related working experience
Basic English skill both in oral & written
Good at office software such as excel, word, etc.
Sufficient experience of SAP.
Carefulness, sense of responsibilities, good communication skills, quick learning ability, team player.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skill and can work under pressure.
