• Work as the customer face of developer workplace (IDE) in Asia/Pacific region.
• Close alignment with IDE portfolio manager in Poland and IDE program lead in Germany
• Interface between central IT & developer community in Asia/Pacific region.
• Consulting and enabling of existing solutions.
• Requirements engineering to close solution gaps.
• Running Info sessions and communication measures on site.
• Administrative support such as reporting.
• 面向博世集团内部开发人员，在亚太地区开展软件集成开发环境的咨询工作。
• 与德国和波兰的相关上级部门与团队展开紧密的内部合作。
• 在博世总部IT部门与亚太地区的开发人员之间充当中间协调人的角色。
• 基于现有的解决方案提供咨询服务以及具体的实现。
• 需求分析、确定开发人员的需求，定义解决方案的特征。
• 定期组织开展面向开发人员的宣讲会，以沟通具体方案的落实。
• 其他事务性支持类的工作，比如制作报表等。

• Desirable: IT software developer background with a general understanding of network architectures, performance hardware, CI software solutions, and developer support needs
• Very good communication skills. confident in presentations and in the moderation of workshops.
• Good knowledge in IT product management.
• Good skills in Project Management, UX knowledge and requirements specification.
• English fluently.
• Basic skills in ITIL.
• Service-oriented.
