1. IE systems development and improvement.
2. Determination, review and standard maintenance for IE-data in SAP.
3. Resource planning and coordination (e.g. calculation and plan for direct headcount and machines, etc.).
4. Ergonomic design and Ergo check for work system (workplace measurement, load limit, etc.)
5. Direct productivity improvement.
6. Production system improvement in consideration of economy.
7. Support for logistics concept development, support I4.0 projects introduction.
8. Consulting and support for all departments and staffs in the plant for specified above points.
9. Daily production support and problem solving.
10. Direct and Coordinate to carry out RT improvement projects.

1. Bachelor degree or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering, industrial engineering background, Engineering Technology or other related areas.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in similar position or experience in electronic product manufacturing.
3. Proficient in IE technique and operation process, having IE working experience in hardware industry is preferred.
4. Continuous desire to learn and creative problem solving.
5. Skilled in MS Office and AutoCAD, SAP desirable.
6. Good math skills, Competence for data analysis and process.
7. Excellent communication/salesmanship.
8. Initiative and good communication skill.
9. Can email or phone communicates with foreign colleague in English.
