1. Minimum Master degree and majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Engineering Management
2. 1 year experience in Semiconductor IE/ manufacturing is preferable
3. Good, open communication skills, teamwork spirit and learning attitude
4. Fluency in English speaking, listening and writing
