Design fixtures for efficiency improvement and ergo purpose, Familiar with AutoCAD & Pro-E software is preferred. Work with NPI for new product introduction and responsible to DFM review Develop PFMEA/SOP and train operators Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor and above Years and area of experience required: Minimum 5 years in electronic assembly and PCBA manufacturing Technical knowledge：Familiar with lean production Soft skills：Effective communication skills, good written in English，can communicate in English.
