Job Description
1. Full-time with office hours: Base salary + performance-based bonus + overtime pay;
2. Full-time without office hours: Compensation based solely on teaching hours, with social security and housing fund contributions available.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Teach IELTS courses, primarily in small-group offline settings, with occasional online one-on-one or small-group sessions.
2. Devise teaching plans by carefully considering the curriculum, the actual abilities of students, and cognitive learning patterns to ensure effective instruction.
3. Keep abreast of students' academic performance and psychological developments to timely adjust and improve teaching methods.
4. Organize test activities during courses, advise on the effectiveness of tutoring received by students, and conduct analyses of teaching quality.
5. Diligently correct homework, organize students' preview and review sessions, and progressively enhance their English proficiency.
6. Provide detailed feedback after each lesson, taking serious responsibility for the teaching progress and outcomes.
7. Engage in local curriculum research and development based on the specific needs of students in the area.
8. Assist the marketing department in promotional activities and give public lectures.

[Note] Applicants with over two years of experience in product research/development, teacher training, or team management may apply for a managerial position.

Job Requirements:

1. Experienced in IELTS instruction with a bachelor's degree or higher in English, having achieved high scores in IELTS (7 or above) or TOEFL (100 or above).
2. Well-versed in standardized international educational programs for studying abroad (IELTS) with in-depth knowledge and teaching experience in similar courses.
3. Precise grammar, extensive vocabulary, clear and accurate pronunciation, capable of engaging classroom atmosphere. Competent to teach at least two of the following: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Pleasant voice with personal charm, adept at expression, possessing a rich knowledge base, and able to integrate a wide range of references into teaching while making learning enjoyable.
5. Candidates with experience in IELTS product development or organizing academic research are preferred.
