一、岗位职责：
雅思口语教学： 负责雅思口语课程的授课，根据学生的不同水平制定个性化教学计划，确保教学质量和学生满意度。
教研工作： 参与雅思口语教学材料的编写和更新，不断优化教学方法和内容。
部门安排的其他工作： 完成教学部门安排的其他相关任务，如学生咨询、教学反馈收集等。
IELTS Speaking Teaching: Responsible for teaching IELTS speaking courses, developing personalized teaching plans based on students' different levels, and ensuring teaching quality and student satisfaction.
Teaching and Research Work: Participate in the writing and updating of IELTS speaking teaching materials, and continuously optimize teaching methods and content.
Other Work Arranged by the Department: Complete other related tasks arranged by the teaching department, such as student consultations, collecting teaching feedback, etc.

二、用人要求：
教育背景： 硕士及以上学历，英语教育或相关专业。
工作经验： 至少2年以上教授雅思口语的经验。
专业技能： 精通英语，具有良好的听说读写能力，熟悉雅思考试评分标准。
教学能力： 能够激发学生的学习兴趣，具备良好的课堂管理能力和沟通技巧。
团队合作： 愿意与团队成员合作，共同提升教学效果。
Educational Background: A master's degree or above, in English education or a related field.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching IELTS speaking.
Professional Skills: Proficient in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, familiar with the IELTS scoring criteria.
Teaching Ability: Able to stimulate students' interest in learning, with good classroom management skills and communication skills.
Teamwork: Willing to cooperate with team members to improve teaching outcomes

Location: Beijing Haidian district
Work time: Monday to Friday 8-4.30or9-5.30
Salary:24K before tax include house allowance (depend on negotiate)

Qualifications:
A native English speaker
A diploma or bachelor's degree;

Major in early childhood education preferred.
Working Hours:
8am-5:00pm,Monday to Friday. One hour off for lunch break.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly salary :23k-30k after tax (depending on your background);4weeks full paid holidays (21 days per school year+7 days for Christmas); lf necessary, foreign teachers are allowed to apply more unpaid holidays during school summer holiday to meet with families.

Major Responsibilities:
Cooperating with the Head Chinese Teacher in planning and implementing anage-appropriate curriculum for 2-to-6 years old.
Conversing with children throughout the day (in English), providing a bilingual learning environment
Conducting age-appropriate, well planned large group and small group times (inEnglish) which would include stories, songs, games, art, cooking, etc.
