Job Description

About the Role:
Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative and experienced Business Development Manager with proven industry and manufacturing and ideally foundry background to join the EMEA Business Development Team, part of the IFS Worldwide Business Development organization.
You will be reporting to the Senior Business Development Director EMEA and be responsible for scoping, developing and closing customer opportunities across the EMEA Industry and Manufacturing vertical. Your specific focus will be on driving technical and customer specific value proposition and business discussions with key customers in this segment.
This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of the semiconductor industry, manufacturing vertical and its value chain, which is the foundation for you to translate customer issues into IFS opportunities.
You will also need to apply your business development skills on a global scale and develop a comprehensive understanding of design and manufacturing solutions to implement a winning IFS strategy with customers in region.
A close cooperation with the EMEA Sales and Marketing team and the IFS Customer engineering team is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive and crisp strategy to win targeted industry and manufacturing customers in EMEA for IFS.

  • Position Intel foundry capabilities - Process, Design Enablement (EDA,IP), Design Services at key EMEA vertical market segments in partnership with Intel Sales and marketing teams

  • Bring the insights and requirements from the industry back to IFS to improve and evolve IFS offerings to service the customer needs.

  • Review customer activity, anticipate customer technical and commercial needs, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with IFS HQ Business Development team.

  • Drive close alignment with the IFS EMEA organization and the SMG team for a OneVoice communication towards customers.

  • Support the IFS EMEA Business Director in reaching ambitious IFS BD goals

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

  • Experienced leader with a track record of delivering impactful business development, sales and marketing results.

  • 15+ years of industry experience including direct experience with the EMEA industry and manufacturing vertical on foundry, business development, sales and marketing

  • Established network and relationships in the European Compute ecosystems


Qualifications Desired:

  • MBA Or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline with domain experience

  • Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment

  • English a must, multi-languages a benefit

  • Ability to translate customer needs and IFS capabilities to a join win-win situation
