About the Role:


Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative and experienced Business Development Manager with proven foundry, ecosystem and industry background to join the EMEA Business Development Team, part of the IFS Worldwide Business Development organization.
You will be reporting to the Senior Business Development Director EMEA and be responsible for scoping, developing and closing customer opportunities in Israel.


Israel is well known for being the start-up nation, leading innovation in key industries and creating a unique eco-system of startups. The majority of the world's top technology companies have growing presence in Israel either through acquisition or through establishment of technology research, development and design centers.
The eco-system in Israel is diverse across multiple segments like Manufacturing, HPC, Medical, Storage, etc. nurturing each other with leading technologies and resources.


This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of the Israel semiconductor industry and ecosystem across all segments. Your specific focus will be to discover, engage and unleash the business opportunities for IFS in Israel while driving technical and customer specific value proposition and business discussions.

You will also need to apply your business development skills on a global scale and develop a comprehensive understanding of design and manufacturing solutions to implement a winning IFS strategy with customers in region.
A close cooperation with the EMEA Sales and Marketing team and the IFS Customer engineering team is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive and crisp strategy to win targeted compute customers in Israel for IFS, and/or influence MNC R and D functions in country to use IFS offerings.
  • Position Intel foundry capabilities - Process, Design Enablement (EDA, IP), Design Services at key Israel vertical market segments in partnership with Intel Sales and marketing teams
  • Bring the insights and requirements from the industry back IFS to improve and evolve IFS offerings to service the customer needs.
  • Review customer activity, anticipate customer technical and commercial needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IFS HQ Business Development team.
  • Drive close alignment with the IFS EMEA organization and the SMG team for a OneVoice communication towards customers.
  • Support the IFS EMEA Business Director in reaching ambitious IFS BD goals


Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

  • Experienced leader with a track record of delivering impactful business development, sales and marketing results.
  • 15+ years of industry experience in Israel across key verticals (Semiconductor, Automotive, Compute, Industry and Manufacturing, MAG and Startups)
  • Experience within foundry and or Intel factory network a benefit.
  • Established network and relationships in the Israel ecosystems.


Qualifications Desired:

  • MBA Or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline with domain experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment
  • Hebrew and English a must, other languages a benefit
  • Ability to translate customer needs and IFS capabilities to a join win-win situation

Work Model for this Role
