We are seeking a dedicated A-Level English teacher to join our team starting in September 2026. We offer a competitive salary structure, with a 13-month salary package.

Position: IG&A-Level English Teacher

Requirements:

Familiarity with Cambridge International Exam
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in A-Level
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: 18,000 - 28,000 CNY per month (before tax)
Housing allowance: 3,000 CNY per month
Comprehensive social insurance and commercial medical insurance
Annual flight allowance: 12,000 CNY
Monthly meal allowance: 1,400 CNY

WORKING TIME
40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 07:45-16:35 (Exact time schedule may differ by position).ECA(once aweek) until 17:20 evening duty rotation(once a week 19:10-21:10)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, Teaching, and Class Management
-Plan and teach up to 24 lessons per week, focusing primarily on IG/A-Level English and Literature. -Submit teaching plans, PowerPoint presentations, class observation records, and other necessary documents.

-Maintain student behavior and discipline in class, reporting to the subject head or parents if necessary. -Continuously support and improve teaching standards. -Participate in regular administrative and academic meetings. Tracking, Assessment, Recording, and Reporting

-Assess and track student performance and progress, providing ongoing guidance for improvement. -Prepare, assign, and grade homework for students. -Prepare tests, grade exam papers, and produce performance analyses. -Participate in academic and research meetings. -Establish positive relationships with parents and keep them informed about their children's performance. Activities Plan and organize student activities, including open classes, festive performances, and decorations. -Co-host events with other teachers. -Support school-level, national, or international competitions as a coach and judge. -Lead one or more extracurricular activities. -Support student admission event.
