Requirements：
-Native English speaker (from the UK,US,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,Ireland)
-Bachelor's degree in English,Education,Linguistics,TESOL,or a related field;Master's degree preferred
-Minimum 3 years of ESL/EFL teaching experience,with at least 2 years teaching IGCSE English/ESL or equivalent international secondary
school English programmes
- Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE (0500/0510)or Edexcel IGCSE English syllabus,assessment objectives,marking criteria and examiner
expectations
-Valid teaching certification (e.g.,PGCE,QTS,CELTA,DELTA,or equivalent state teaching license)

Desirable：
-Experience teaching in an international school or bilingual education setting in China
-Proven track record of excellent student results in IGCSE English examinations
-Experience providing EAL/ESL language support for middle school and pre-A-Level stage subject learning
-Familiarity with bridging teaching from junior high English to IGCSE,and basic IELTS/TOEFL foundational tutoring
-Mandarin Chinese proficiency (not required but advantageous)
