Job Title: A Level Music Teacher

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate A Level Music Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching music theory, practical performance, and composition to students aged 16-18. The position requires a strong background in music education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs and abilities of individual students.
2. Prepare and mark students' work, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
3. Supervise and support students' progress, including regular assessments and tracking of academic performance.
4. Collaborate with other teachers and subject leaders to share best practice and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher consultations as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Hold a valid teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education or a similar subject.
2. Have experience of teaching A Level Music or a relevant subject at secondary school level.
3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of music theory, practical performance, and composition.
4. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Be committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest teaching trends and resources.
