Job Description
Maestro International School (MIS) is a British style K-12 international boarding school that will be accepting its first cohort of students in September 2023. Supported by the Harbin New District Government, and with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB, MIS will provide an exceptional international education experience focused on academic excellence through holistic education.
As such, MIS is currently recruiting passionate and student focused subject teachers for the founding year of its High School, beginning employment in early August 2023. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional faculty that will provide an exceptional educational experience for students between Year 11 and Year 12 in preparation for their university entrance examinations and overall development.

• IGCSE/A-Level Mathematics teacher
Minimum Qualifications and Attainments
• Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in mathematics
• Relevant teaching qualification
• At least 2 years A-LEVEL/IGCSE/AP/IB maths experience teaching at a high school level
• Native like fluency in English at CEFR C2 (assessed during interview process)
• Evidence of recent CPD/In-service training
Essential Skills and experience
• Experience in working in a bilingual school environment
• The ability and willingness to create and participate in a variety of high-quality educational activities
• The ability and willingness to effectively contribute to a positive school environment
• Evidence of the use of technology to improve teaching and learning
Salary：25000rmb -30000rmb per month for 20-25 classes/week
Paid Chinese holidays according to MIS academic calendar
• Up to 3 adjusted working days for Christmas holiday
(Christmas eve, Christmas day, Boxing Day)
• Annual flight allowance of 8,000 yuan paid
• Relevant visa and medical costs reimbursed
• Contract resign bonus of 1,000 yuan
• Mandatory emergency first aid training and certification
(annually renewed)
All contracts are for a minimum of 2 years and renewed upon mutual agreement 6 months Start date : Aug,2023
