Job Title: IGCSE / A Level Mathematics Teacher

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified IGCSE / A Level Mathematics Teacher to join our international school in Nanjing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics lessons, preparing students for Cambridge IGCSE and A Level examinations, and fostering academic excellence in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics across IGCSE and A Level courses.

Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons that meet curriculum standards.

Monitor, assess, and report on students’ progress and achievements.

Provide targeted support to students in preparation for external examinations.

Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.

Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, with proven success at IGCSE and/or A Level.

Strong subject knowledge and commitment to high academic standards.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
